Information you choose to provide
The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project details, and optional information such as your organization, current website, and desired timing. You choose what optional information to provide.
If you contact Chamut Digital by form, email, phone, or text, the information you provide may be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential project, provide requested services, and maintain ordinary business records.
Contact form delivery
The inquiry form uses FormSubmit to process the submitted fields and deliver them to Chamut Digital by email. The same inquiry is added to Chamut Digital's private customer relationship system as a warm lead so it can be answered and followed up. FormSubmit states that form submissions may be retained for 30 days. Do not use the form to send passwords, payment information, or other highly sensitive data.

Technical information
Like most hosted websites, the hosting provider may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request data, device or browser information, and security logs.
Website analytics
Chamut Digital uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, page performance, device categories, approximate country, referrers, and the paths people visit. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first analytics that does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
If you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics may also be loaded. Optional analytics help measure traffic sources, engaged time, scroll depth, sections viewed, button and link clicks, contact actions, form starts, and whether a form was submitted successfully. Text typed into form fields is not included in custom analytics events.
Optional analytics stay off until you allow them. You may change or withdraw that choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the website footer. Withdrawing permission stops optional analytics on the next page load. Cloudflare's aggregate, cookieless Web Analytics remains active so Chamut Digital can monitor basic traffic and website performance.

External websites
Portfolio and other external links lead to websites with their own privacy practices. Chamut Digital is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites.
Retention and disclosure
Information sent directly to Chamut Digital is retained only as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, legal obligations, and ordinary business administration. It is not sold as a standalone product. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the operation of the service.
Your choices
You may choose between the form, direct email, phone, or text, or choose not to contact Chamut Digital. You may also ask about information you previously provided or request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to legal and business recordkeeping obligations.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website’s features, providers, or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
